Speculative Application: Software Development (m/f/d)

At Hypercode, our team brings together different disciplines to build corporate websites, web apps, product configurators and custom software, as well as mobile apps for iOS and Android. Our work spans software and web development, from apps to frontend and backend systems, alongside product strategy, UX/UI design and AI engineering.

Where You Could Contribute

  • Frontend development: Plan and build modern, high-performance interfaces with frameworks such as Vue.js or React, from responsive corporate websites to complex web apps.
  • Backend development: Design and implement APIs, services and server architectures with Node.js, PHP/Symfony or similar technologies.
  • App development: Build hybrid or native mobile apps for iOS and Android with Ionic/Capacitor, Expo or similar frameworks.
  • Full-stack development and integration: Connect frontend and backend systems and integrate external systems, databases and APIs using REST or GraphQL.
  • AI engineering: Plan and build AI features, LLM integrations, RAG systems, semantic search or automated workflows.
  • Shaping our technology: Evaluate new technologies and contribute to our own projects, internal standards, design systems and component libraries.

What You Could Bring

  • Experience in at least one area of software development, whether frontend, backend or mobile, and the motivation to keep learning.
  • Confidence working with modern web technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS/SCSS, plus at least one framework or runtime such as Vue.js, React, Node.js or Symfony.
  • An understanding of clean code, thoughtful architecture and how to maintain software quality over time.
  • An interest in working across disciplines, including UX/UI design, concept development and project management.
  • Initiative, reliability and a willingness to take responsibility for your work.
  • A collaborative mindset, curiosity about new technologies and a drive to build great products together.
